All purchases are subject to our current pricing and availability. Prices may change without notice, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements have been made.

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payments. For online orders, payment must be completed before items are reserved. Special orders may require deposits or full payment in advance.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and in original condition, except for opened consumable items or custom orders. Digital purchases and event tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.

Participation in our events and community activities is subject to additional guidelines designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants:

• Follow game rules and accept decisions made by event organizers

We reserve the right to remove participants from events for violations of these guidelines. Event registration fees may not be refunded in cases of removal for misconduct.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Game rules, artwork, and other materials related to specific games remain the property of their respective publishers and creators. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our community members to do the same.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabletop Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought to our premises, except where such loss results from our negligence. Participants in events and activities do so at their own risk.

We may occasionally photograph or video record events for promotional purposes. By participating in our events, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials unless you specifically opt out.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

You may discontinue using our services at any time. If you have outstanding obligations or unused store credit, these will be handled according to our standard policies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
